With the ‘Rosin Bag Filters’ from ‘Oil Black Leaf’ the production of the finest selected oil extracts for smoking is guaranteed. If you chose the nylon filters for extraction with the so-called ‘Rosin Tec’, the result is the purest high-quality concentrate, as the nylon bag reliably filters all plant residues already during the extraction process.

With the ‘Rosin Tech’ method, green plant parts, flowers and pollen are wrapped in parchment paper and heated with a rosin press, applying strong pressure at a temperature of approximately 165°C to 180°C or 248°F to 356°F (depending on the plant) for a few seconds.
Fill the material to be pressed into a “Rosin Bag” filter, wrap it in parchment paper and press it in the hot rosin press. You get the clean concentrate you want because of the extra filter. This concentrate is called rosin, which has a stronger impact and is more intensive than the raw material. The ‘Rosin Tech’ extraction method itself is safe: no butane gas or chemical solvents need to be used – therefore no risk of explosion.

Rosin Bag Filters have a non-stick inner surface, so the sticky resin can be scraped off with a damper without any problems. The extraction procedure can be repeated up to 4 times depending on the desired purity level. The ‘Rosin Filter Bag’ is made of special nylon structure that is heat resistant (up to 240°C / 464°F), robust and reusable. Rosin Bag Filters are available in 3 different sizes and mesh widths depending on the amount and application of the material used.
