The color is glowing, golden yellow and the aroma opens with notes of fresh, ripe apricots and white fruits, followed by tart star fruit and citrus with hints of licorice and basil. Powerful and rich on the palate with notes of caramelized and dried fruit, marzipan, praline, honey and hazelnuts. A slightly smoky note with herbs like thyme and rosemary leads to a fresh finish with notes of blood orange, sea salt and grapefruit zest.
