All prices displayed on the webshop are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) including VAT.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on weekdays are processed as quickly as possible.
During busy periods, holidays or in case of out-of-stock items, delivery times may be extended.
We cooperate with GLS and PostNord to ensure reliable and fast delivery throughout Denmark and Europe.
You can also collect your order directly from our physical store in Ishøj during opening hours.
If a package is returned to us due to failed pickup or incorrect address details, we offer reshipment or refund by agreement.

Shipping costs for international orders depend on destination country and package weight.
The total shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout once address details are entered.
To shop on jware.dk and affiliated websites, customers must be at least 18 years old.
By placing an order, the customer confirms compliance with this age requirement.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order.
Campaigns and discount codes do not apply to:

These products are excluded from all campaigns — including offers covering the “entire webshop”.
GLS and PostNord do not provide compensation for shipments containing tobacco products.
The customer therefore assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage during transportation.
Standard claim and compensation rules apply to all other products.
At J-WARE, we strive to provide a safe, transparent and professional shopping experience for all customers.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on products purchased online.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order.
Cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery.
Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
A 2-year warranty claim period is provided in accordance with Danish consumer law.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling or improper use is not covered.
In approved cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible once the returned goods have been received and approved.
We do not accept packages sent COD or delivered to parcel shops for pickup.
J-WARE Scandinavia ApS reserves the right to apply handling fees on selected taxable tobacco products such as cigarettes, rolling tobacco, snus and chewing tobacco.
All prices on the webshop are displayed including VAT, taxes and applicable fees in accordance with Danish legislation.
Prices on tobacco products may differ from tax stamp prices according to applicable Danish tobacco tax and retail pricing regulations.
By purchasing from J-WARE, the customer accepts the current terms and conditions as well as Danish legislation.
