PAYMENT

Jware Scandinavia ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and VAT included.

Jware Scandinavia ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

DELIVERY

Jware Scandinavia ApS has an estimated delivery time on all orders placed before 12.00 that they will be shipped within 1-4 business days. In the run-up to a weekend or public holiday, delivery time may be longer.

Reservations are made for sold out goods and delayed delivery time of suppliers to jware.dk. Please note that it is possible to pick up your order in Jware Ishøj’s store during opening hours. If your package is returned to us, we will of course resend the product at no extra charge, or transfer the money back if requested.

Shipping starts from 39 DKK with GLS, Post Nord from 45 DKK to your nearest parcel shop and increases depending on the weight of the park.

Home delivery starts from 60 DKK and increases according to the weight of the package.

ALDERSGRÆNSE

The prerequisite for purchasing JWARE.DK products and shopping from JWARE.DK and all related sites and sub-sites is that the customer is at least 18 years old. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information when ordering.

CAMPAIGNERS

Promotions by Jware Scandinavia ApS, does NOT include the categories E-Cigarettes, Rolling Tobacco, Pipe Tobacco, Chewing Tobacco, Cigarettes, Cigar and other tax related items. These categories are excluded from all offers and promotions, even if it says that the discount applies to everything or to the entire webshop.

WARRANTY

There is a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

Jware Scandinavia ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Parcels sent COD are not accepted.

We do NOT accept packages that need to be picked up at local parcel shops.

REFUSAL

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period starts from the day you receive the order.

You must cover the return costs yourself in this case.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.

The notice must be given by email to info@jware.dk. In the notification, you must inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back to us. You will find it here :

The condition of the item when you return it :

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used; which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back. This depends on the commercial value of the item.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are subject to Danish law. Any disputes that may arise in connection with your trade with Jware Scandinavia ApS will be settled by the Danish courts.

HANDLING FEE

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on stamp-marked smoking tobacco, cigarettes, chewing tobacco or snus.

§ 1. Manufacturers and importers of cigarettes, smoking tobacco, chewing or

snus (smokeless tobacco) must enforce that these products at retail

not be sold at a price other than the stamp mark price.

Stk. 2. Cigarettes dispensed in restaurants etc. where serving staff are paid according to the rules on service charge may be sold at a higher retail price than that stated on the stamp.

§ 2. The Act shall enter into force on January 1, 1992.
