PAYMENT

Jware Scandinavia ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB.
The amount will not be charged to your account until the item has been dispatched.

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Jware Scandinavia ApS uses an approved payment gateway that encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This means your data is handled securely and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.


DELIVERY

Jware Scandinavia ApS typically ships all orders received before 12:00 noon on weekdays within 1–4 business days. Please note that delivery may take longer around weekends and public holidays.

We reserve the right for sold-out items and delays from our suppliers.

You may also pick up your order at the Jware Ishøj store during regular opening hours.

If your package is returned to us, we will resend the item free of charge or issue a refund if you prefer.

Shipping in Denmark:

  • Delivery to parcel shop with GLS: from 39 DKK

  • Delivery with PostNord: from 45 DKK
    Price depends on package weight and will be shown automatically at checkout.

Home delivery in Denmark:
From 60 DKK, depending on the weight of the package.

International delivery:
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package. You can always see the total shipping cost in your cart once you have entered your address details.

Pallet Delivery to Curbside (Denmark):

AGE RESTRICTION

To shop on jware.dk and associated sites, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that this age requirement is met.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and truthful information when ordering.


PROMOTIONS

Promotions from Jware Scandinavia ApS do not include the following product categories: e-cigarettes, rolling tobacco, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, and other taxable products.

These categories are excluded from all campaigns and discounts—even when advertising states discounts apply to “everything” or the “entire webshop.”


WARRANTY

You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from incorrect use, operation, or handling of the product.

Jware Scandinavia ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs if the complaint is valid.

REFUNDS

If a refund is agreed upon, please send us your bank information so we can transfer the amount.


TOBACCO SHIPMENTS

Please note that neither GLS nor PostNord offers compensation for shipments containing tobacco products.
As the customer, you bear full responsibility for any damage or loss of tobacco items during transport.

For all other items, we offer compensation for damaged or lost shipments in accordance with applicable legislation and carrier policies.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days after notification.

Notification must be sent by email to info@jware.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item when returned:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality—i.e., you may try the product as if you were testing it in a physical store.

If the item has been used or handled beyond this, it may be considered used, which could result in only a partial or no refund, depending on its commercial value.

Note: Food products cannot be returned.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts concluded under these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes arising from purchases made with Jware Scandinavia ApS will be settled by the Danish courts.


HANDLING FEE

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for stamped tobacco products such as rolling tobacco, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, or snus.

§ 1. Manufacturers and importers of cigarettes, rolling tobacco, chewing tobacco, or snus (smokeless tobacco) must ensure these products are not sold at a retail price other than the stamped price.

Section 2. Cigarettes served in establishments where staff are paid service charges may be sold at a higher retail price than what is stated on the stamp.


Danish Tobacco Duty Law – § 28

This law establishes the banderole price (taxable retail price incl. VAT and duties). It represents the highest tax-liable value of the product but not necessarily the maximum selling price.

It is legal to sell tobacco products at a price above the stamp price or below (e.g., on sale), as long as the price is clearly visible.


Marketing Act & Price Labelling Regulations

Under the Danish Marketing Act (Chapter 4), all prices—including VAT, taxes, and fees—must be clearly presented as the total price the consumer pays at checkout.

Price labelling regulations require that shelf prices in stores are clearly legible, correct, and with no hidden costs. Total selling price must be displayed clearly, including all taxes and fees. Additional fees must not be unreasonable or unpredictable.


§ 2. The law came into effect on January 1, 1992.
