Skands Esrum Kloster is Skands Brewery’s interpretation of a monastic beer. Herbs from the monastery’s own herb garden are used, including lavender, juniper, rosemary and anise. Herbs that the monks used as flavor enhancers.

Esrum Kloster is a top-fermented beer with a lovely dark chestnut brown color and an aromatic aroma, and the taste is rounded off with a hint of anise.

Esrum Kloster is ideal for hearty meat dishes and winter food, but can also be enjoyed on its own in a quiet moment.

It should be served at 8-10º C.
