Fur Renæssance is a top-fermented brown ale. It is Danish inspired and brewed with five different types of malt, including smoked malt. As well as five types of hops – both bittering and aroma hops – which are added three times.

The Renaissance beer is dark and reddish-golden with a dense cream-colored foam that has a long shelf life and gives fine lace on the glass. The aroma is of roasted malt and hop flowers, and the taste is round and harmonious with smoky malt, among other things, and continues in a rounding of strong hop nuances.

The cover shows fossils of wing snails found in the mud on Fur. These snails inspired the mathematician Fibonacci for his famous number series, which is the basis for the “Golden Ratio” in Renaissance art!
