Saki Raki Altin Oran (altin oran means golden cut) can also be called Saki Raki gold. It comes from one of the youngest manufacturers in Turkey, but is also made with the most modern manufacturing processes at the highest quality level. For the production of this raki, pure spring water is used directly from the distillery. The resulting grape alcohol, which was produced without the addition of sugar, is then distilled in copper kettles and macerated with the anise seeds from Cesme, which are known to be highly aromatic.
