Made from 100% fresh grape juice and aged in oak barrels, 45 degrees alcohol.
It bleaches well, very slight yellowish highlights are noticeable. Intense scent of aniseed. It’s also clean in the mouth, its alcohol is mature and anise seeds are widely used. A rich but well-balanced raki, ideal for those who like the classic Altınbaş but find its 50-degree alcohol heavy. To be enjoyed with spicy appetizers and kebabs.
