Aalborg Jubilæums Akvavit was launched in 1946 as a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the launch of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit. Hence the name.

The experience.
It is a golden luxury aquavit made from distillate of dill and coriander seeds and rounded with American white oak extract. Unlike most other aquavits, it is completely free of caraway seeds. This gives it an elegant, balanced flavor with dill and coriander as the driving forces, but with fine contributions from star anise, citrus and caramel in the smaller roles.

The food it goes with.
Aalborg Jubilæums Akvavit goes well with fish and pork, curry dishes and Asian cuisine. And not least, it’s perfect with a piece of curried herring.
