Classic Bourgogne Rouge from August Thevenaut is an elegant and affordable Pinot Noir that focuses on the natural character of the grape. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested from the beautiful slopes of Burgundy. Created by oenologist Yvan Bavencoff, this wine offers fresh berry notes such as raspberry, red cherry and a hint of pomegranate. The fresh taste is supported by crisp acidity for a clean and lively experience. Bourgogne Rouge is suitable for light meat dishes, mushroom pasta or dishes from French cuisine. It should be served at 12-14 degrees, preferably in Bourgogne glasses.
