Bushmills “Bourbon Cask” Steamship Collection is the third whiskey in Irish distillery Bushmills’ Steamship series. The whiskey and series are named after the Bushmills steamship that made its maiden voyage in 1890 to deliver Bushmills whiskey to the United States. The whiskey is the result of a collaboration with Louisville whiskey people who provided Bushmills with American white bourbon barrels for this particular whiskey.

The nose of the whiskey offers sweet vanilla, pear and toasted oak. The palette is filled with orange peel, honey, peach, vanilla, oak and dark chocolate. The aftertaste is slightly dry and long lasting. Serve on its own, over ice or with a little water on the side.
