Château Sainte Marguerite Cuvée Symphonie has a delicate pink color. On the nose there are delicate floral nuances with underlying exotic fruits. The taste is delicate, elegant and aromatic with fine peach and orange peel notes, masterfully held in check by a refreshing mineral acidity.

This beautiful rosé can easily stand on its own, for example as a light and elegant aperitif, but can of course also be used in gastronomic contexts with light poultry, vegetarian dishes, shellfish, lean fish, oysters and more.
