It is aged for a minimum of 21 years in honor of the 21 gun salute fired at the Tower of London in royal celebration.
The whisky is presented in a classic blue Wade ceramic decanter.
Tasting note
Nose: Powerful aromas of sweet pear and citrus fruits are balanced with the full scent of summer flowers.
Elegant aromas of sweet vanilla and dry oak are enhanced with subtle notes of sherry and smoke.
Taste: The first sip releases sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavors infused with fresh pears that jump across the tongue.
The second brings a rich blend of spices and a nuttiness of hazelnuts that has an intensity before finally releasing a warmth with hints of masculine smokiness.
Finish: Long, sweet and fruity.
