The Cloudy Bay winery in Marlborough, New Zealand, is one of the leading wine producers in New Zealand. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is made 100% from the Sauvignon grape. The grapes for this fresh white wine are harvested at night or in the cool morning hours.

The wine is aged in steel barrels for approximately four months before bottling. Flavors of fruity tropical fruit dominate, including passion fruit, pineapple, fresh basil and tomato leaves. Serve at 8-10 degrees with mussels, white fish, asparagus or as an aperitif.
