It was first aged in American oak casks for 14 years, followed by three years in old Matusalem sherry casks and finally one year in regular sherry casks. The flavors range from heather, orange and spice with a subtle hint of smoke. All flavors have a unique interplay that both surprises and pleases at the same time.
