The average age of the blend is between 6 and 10 years. De Luze Cognac was founded in 1820 by Alfred de Luze and quickly became recognized in European royal houses. Today, the brand is owned by the Boinaud family, which has been producing cognac since 1640 and is the largest family owner in Grande Champagne with 410 hectares of vineyards. The grapes come from Cognac’s best areas, Grande and Petite Champagne, and are harvested around September-October.
