Diamond Hill, Chardonnay, Australia, appears with a nice deep yellow color. The aroma is characterized by sweet ripe flowers and green fruit. The taste is full-bodied and fills the mouth with a ripe fruit flavor.

The grapes ripen under the influence of the bright sunshine and by harvest time in February, the grapes are fully ripe. After picking in the early morning, the still cool bunches are brought for de-stemming and pressing. Fermentation takes place at a low, controlled temperature to preserve the lovely fruitiness of the grapes in the final wine.

The wine is a good companion to “everything from the sea”, veal, poultry and mild, soft cheese types.
