Djøn Organic Gin is an organic gin from Søbogaard, which got its name from the way we pronounce gin “djin”, and Søbogaard wanted the red Ø for organic to be included in the name.

The alcohol in Djøn Organic Gin is distilled on wheat from Germany, after which Søgaard adds the spices himself. Djøn Organic Gin contains juniper berries, angelica root and coriander.

Djøn Organic Gin presents a faint greenish color and a characteristic juniper aroma, which is accompanied by a taste that, like the aroma, reveals juniper notes.

Djøn Organic Gin should be enjoyed chilled in cocktails or as gin in a Gin & Tonic.
