Don Guido 20 YO Pedro Ximenez Sherry is a magnificent dessert wine. It is dense, mahogany-black and light. Raisin and fig aromas with round, underlying balsamic notes characterize Pedro Ximénez. It has a low acidity, almost syrupy sweet and with a long aftertaste that leaves the sweetness and aromas in the mouth.
