Ebony Vale has made another non-alcoholic wine using their vacuum method at Reh Kendermann in Germany. The wine is separated at very low pressure. During the vacuum, the boiling point of the alcohol in the wine is reduced so that the alcohol “boils” away at room temperature. This preserves the wine’s minerals, phenols, sugars, vitamins and acids.

The red wine is produced exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. It has a ruby red color with a fruity aroma. Enjoy the wine while it’s young with hot and cold meat dishes. The wine can also be used to make mulled wine.
