This Mexican El Ron Prohibido “Reserva” Solera 22 is named after the Solera aging method, which blends older vintages so the average age increases year by year. It contains rums that are up to 22 years old.
The taste has notes of chocolate, brown sugar, peach and raisin, countered by sweet vanilla and aromatic coffee. Serve it to both the novice and the seasoned rum connoisseur.
