Four Pillars Spiced Negroni is a very balanced and powerful gin. It’s very intense and a bit strong. It is made first and foremost on their base with Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Subsequently, a West African spice called “Paradise of Paradise” is added. They also decided to use blood orange, organic ginger and tomatoes, which all contribute to the aromatic gin that is Four Pillars Spiced Negroni.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is the first in their bartender series, developed specifically for making Negroni cocktails. This gin comes from a conversation in 2014 between Cameron MacKenzie, a co-founder and Master Distiller of Four Pillars Gin and Jason Williams, one of Australia’s top bartenders. Together they wanted to create a gin specifically for Negroni cocktails that could dominate over Campari and Vermouth.
