This gin is made from the very basic botanicals often used in gin – namely coriander, juniper, orange peel and angelica. Together, these different botanicals create a very clean and delicate flavor.

London Dry Gin is made from various grains, typically corn and barley. These grains then undergo a fermentation process where water is added. After this, the liquid is distilled in what are called column stills – and then the liquid is distilled once again in pot stills, where juniper berries and other botanicals are added.
