Highland Park 10 YO Single Malt Scotch is a 10-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery in Orkney. The whisky is aged using classic methods in former European and American sherry oak casks.

The nose has a good balance between the smoke and the hint of sherry that occurs during the aging process. The palate offers ginger and orange peel. There’s a slightly earthy and peaty flavor that is complimented by the sweetness of the sherry. The finish has notes of sea salt with a hint of crushed black pepper and coriander. Serve neat or over ice – and preferably with a few drops of water to bring out the flavors.
