Holger Danske Akvavit Luksus is a mild schnapps.

A taste of caraway, fennel and citrus appears on the palate. Very boozy and it doesn’t seem like an aged aquavit despite the brown color. It has an appropriately spicy flavor, a pleasant sweetness and a round and soft aftertaste.

To mitigate the very tangy flavor, it should be served extremely cold. But if it is served temperate, all the delicate flavor nuances come to the fore.
