Göbek raki, produced from 100% fresh grapes in Mey İçki’s Alaşehir facilities and aged in oak barrels for 30 days. Distilled with aniseed passed through stone mills. 45 degrees alcohol.
Straw yellow in color. It turns slightly yellowish and white in water. Aromas of rested grape alcohol and anise are intense on the nose. Clean, rich and refined in the mouth. A well-balanced, easy-drinking raki that is pleasing to the palate, where the barrel gives maturity to the alcohol but does not overpower the wood flavor. It has surpassed Izmir Rakisi in the cheaper segment. It should be tried with appetizers, seafood by adding cold water instead of ice.
