La Campagne Pinot Noir Rosé 13% 75 cl

This delicious, pink fruity rosé with lively aromas of small berries, wild strawberries and raspberries is made from Cinsault grapes harvested in the cool of the morning and after crushing only undergoes a short maceration on the skins to achieve just the right amount of color to extract. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled early to capture all the flavors of fresh summer fruit. Aging in the bottle makes it soft and round and adds more complexity.
Delicious as an aperitif and with pasta, vegetarian dishes, appetizers and lean fish.
