What sets Linie Double Cask Port apart from the original Lysholm Linie is its second maturation process. After completing the traditional Lysholm Linie maturation at sea, this aquavit is aged for 12 extra months in carefully selected port casks. The extra maturation of Linie Double Cask Port provides additional softness and adds extra dimension and complexity.

Linie Double Cask Port has an amber color with a hint of copper.

The scent is characterized by a caraway and anise base, complimented by sweet vanilla and oak notes.

The palate has initial notes of caraway, anise and orange peel followed by delicate notes of vanilla, caramel and dried fruits. It has a smooth and soft texture and a rich and complex aftertaste of spicy and sweet oak that lingers.
