Losi, Querciavalle Rosato Toscana is a classic Italian rosé wine. The wine is made from Sangiovese grapes from Italian vineyards planted between 1999 and 2006. The different vineyards have had the perfect locations with a good amount of sun and sandy, clayey soil, which are the optimal conditions for growing the variety.

The wine is fermented for 12-15 days and then aged for a short time in stainless steel barrels. The wine has an intense and beautiful cherry-pink color that nicely reflects the intense and fruity aroma. The taste is fresh, slightly tannic and acidic in a well-balanced way. Serve the wine at 18 degrees with fish dishes such as fish soup and grilled fish or white meat or as an aperitif.
