Macanudo Inspirado Year of the Dragon 2024

The Chinese New Year will begin on February 10, 2024. Macanudo Inspirado once again brings a limited release of a special blend. Like last year, this edition will be sold exclusively in selected markets in Europe and Asia.

Our master blenders at our factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic, created a brand new blend that celebrates the dragon. As the dragon is considered a symbol of power, strength and luck, we extend these characteristics to people who enjoy Macanudo cigars all over the world. This blend recalls the characteristics of dragon by providing a medium-to-full-bodied experience with plenty of spice. The blend consists of a Havano Ecuadorian wrapper that has a real, oily and slightly darker appearance, a binder from Colombia that holds together a unique combination of four different filler components. The filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Mexico give the cigar its spicy nuances, while the tobacco from the Dominican Republic ensures that the tobaccos marry well and give the cigar its perfect burn. The result is a fantastic cigar that will provide a complex, unique and spicy experience to be enjoyed during the finer moments of life.

The cigars come in a box of 10 cigars and on each lid of the box we use our state-of-the-art laser printer, which applies the pattern of a dragon’s skin but also feels that way. It enhances the feeling of a unique, limited and premium product.
