Gin Master’s Selection is produced in Destilerias MG’s distillery and bottling halls in the Catalan coastal town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, just 50 kilometers south of Barcelona.

The gin is a classic London Dry Gin when it comes to flavor and ingredients: juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica root, lemon peel, bitter orange peel and sweet orange peel.

The distillation of the ingredients takes place in two stages. The citrus maceration separately and the others separately. Finally, the concentrates from both distillations are carefully blended and mixed with water to create the final product at 40% vol.

The aroma is dominated by fresh juniper, aromatic lemon zest and a hint of cardamom.

The taste of Gin Master’s Selection is classic. Light and fresh with prominent juniper, citrus and cardamom.

Gin Master’s Selection should be enjoyed with Tonic, which makes for a very fresh G&T with distinct lemon and juniper flavors, and a pleasant final bitterness from the quinine.
