This champagne is not like other champagnes. It is specially made to be served over ice. The complex flavor is brought out thanks to the unique blend of three different grape varieties. The composition consists of 45-55% Pinot Noir grapes, 35-45% Pinot Meunier grapes and 5-10% Chardonney grapes.

Together, the grapes provide great variation in flavor nuances from fruity notes to full-bodied structures to acidic freshness. Everything is balanced in a fine balance between sweet and sour. The sweetness in the flavor comes from berries, ending in a finish with a bitter sweetness from pink grapefruit.
