Mommessin is a wine producer based in the Macon region of France. Founded in 1865, Mommessin is now owned by the fifth generation, Philippe Barde, who has made it one of the largest wineries in Burgundy. Mommessin is renowned for blending traditional wine techniques with modern technology, resulting in exquisite wines that are exported to more than 70 countries.

This pinot noir is made from 100 percent hand-picked pinot noir grapes that are aged in oak barrels for more than six months. Therefore, you will also taste a hint of oak when you enjoy the wine. The taste is full-bodied, soft and round with hints of blackcurrant, strawberry, cherry and vanilla. Mommessin, Bourgogne Pinot Noir rounds off with a pleasant aftertaste.
