Elg Gin No.4 is the fourth gin in the series from Master Distiller Henrik Elsner. Elg Gin is a handcrafted Danish gin where the main ingredients are carrots from Funen, juniper berries and coriander seeds. In this particular gin, fresh, purple carrots are used, which gives both a unique taste and color. The combination results in a gin with a fine, rounded taste and a deep violet color. When mixed with tonic water, Elg Gin No.4’s deep violet color changes to pink.
