Klitrose Schnapps from Mr. Skov is inspired by nature and made with wild Danish ingredients. The dune rose, which is found in the mare’s straw by the dunes, gives the schnapps a round, spicy taste with a slight honey sweetness. The rare small, black rose hips are picked in Blåvand in the summer and aged for a year, giving the schnapps a red color reminiscent of amber. Best served at room temperature to bring out all the flavors.
