This brandy is based on the Aroma apple variety. The Aroma apple is a medium-firm and juicy apple with a slightly tart to sweet taste. Aroma is well suited for ornamental gardens and has now found its way to Nordisk Brænderi. The brandy has an alcohol content of 40% and is aged for 3 years in oak barrels.
