Nordisk Hedesnaps is another excellent product from Nordisk Brænderi, who have spoiled this tasty Hedesnaps by seasoning it with selected plants from Kollerup Klithede in Northern Jutland during distillation.

During distillation, it is also sweetened with heather honey. The schnapps is incredibly full-bodied and makes a great addition to the lunch table. As the icing on the cake, it was awarded a gold medal at the New York International Spirits Competition. Enjoy it with herring or as an accompaniment to coffee.
