Launched in 1891 in honor of the Swedish industrialist of the same name, O.P. ANDERSON Aquavit is an unmistakable caraway aquavit with notes of other aromatic spices including fennel.
A hint of anise gives both aroma and taste a sharp zing that makes this great Swedish classic something very special.
O.P. ANDERSON Aquavit is a suitable accompaniment to most dishes, but especially herring, smoked salmon and mature cheeses serve this aquavit well.
Due to its complex and powerful taste, O.P. ANDERSON Aquavit is perfect for most spicy dishes, whereas sweeter dishes should be avoided.
Do not serve too chilled.
