O.P. Anderson Original is a full-bodied and balanced aquavit with a distinct taste of caraway, anise and fennel. O.P. Anderson Clear is a spicy aquavit like the Original, but is complemented by fresh and clear notes of dill and lemon peel. O.P. Anderson Petronella, based on the original, is a milder alternative, with the taste and aroma of apples added.

O.P. Anderson Original can be enjoyed chilled with Scandinavian food such as shellfish, smoked salmon, herring and aged cheeses. O.P. Anderson Klar and Petronella should also be enjoyed chilled with seafood.
