The Oil Black Leaf from EHLE, the ‘X-tract’ size M with roller stop is suitable for approx. 25-30g herbs of your choice that need to be extremely dry. These are filled into the ‘X-channel’, which is screwed on with the plastic lid with glass frit as a filter. The X-funnel is held with the screw cap down over the collection container at a distance of approx. A butane gas bottle is placed at the top opening and pressed until the bottle is empty. The resulting liquid is filtered through the glass frit and slowly flows into the collection container at the bottom. To speed up the evaporation of the liquid gas in the collection container, it can be placed in a hot water bath.
