The history of this rum goes back a long way. Plantation Pineapple Rum was developed by Alexandre Grabriel, owner of Maison Ferrand. Alexandre Grabriel had a particular passion for rum that led him to the Caribbean. This was the start of Plantation Rum, and since then the company has been developing significantly.

Today, Plantation Rum offers many rums from different parts of the Caribbean – and the development is not yet stagnant.

Plantation Pineapple Rum was made as a tribute to the Reverend Stiggins, who was a well-known and respected priest. Stiggins’ favorite drink was Pineapple Rum in the book “Pickwick Papers”.

The rum offers a slightly spicy taste of pineapple, lemon and tropical fruit.
