Rosin is the name of the cannabis extract that is only extracted with pressure and heat. That’s why rosin is an absolutely pure concentrate without solvents such as alcohol or butane gas. Because of the purity, but also because of the much less dangerous production, extraction with special resin presses is becoming more and more popular.

The fully automatic heat press is designed for professionals among extraction volumes because it can produce a pressure up to 20 tons. It promises reliable and efficient revenue. The features of this ‘Qnubu’ automatic press are: interchangeable platen 250x76mm, compressive strength up to 20,000 kg, dual temperature control with two digital displays, temperature range from 0°C to 200°C (32°F to 392°F), timer 0 to 999 sec, acoustic warning. The power consumption is 2200W. The heating plate can be easily replaced – as needed – and a 150x200mm heating plate is also suitable (not included in the scope of delivery).

The right choice of temperature and duration of the pressing process depends heavily on the type, quality and condition of the raw material and often requires testing with smaller quantities. We also recommend placing the rosin directly in the freezer after pressing. This prevents the terpenes from breaking down and the flavor is lost.
