Rosin is the cannabis resin that is only extracted by pressure and heat. Resin is therefore an absolutely pure concentrate, free from solvents such as alcohol or butane gas. Because of the purity, but also because of the much less dangerous production, extraction with special rosin presses is becoming increasingly popular.

With the Qnubu Pro Lion hydraulic press, nothing can really go wrong. With a pressing force of up to 20 tons, it efficiently presses rosin within minutes.

Features of the Qnubu hydraulic press are: replaceable heating plate 120×120 mm, pressing force up to 20,000 kg, dual temperature control with two digital displays, temperature range from 32° F to 392° F (0° C to 200° C), timer 0 to 999 sec, acoustic alarm. The power output is 1400W. The heating plate can be easily replaced – depending on your needs. A heating plate measuring 76x250mm (not included) is also suitable.

The right choice of temperature and pressing duration is highly dependent on the type, quality and condition of the raw material and often requires testing with smaller quantities. We also recommend putting rosin directly in the freezer after pressing. This prevents the terpenes from breaking down and the flavor is lost.
