Yeni Raki ALA is made from raisins and distilled three times. Despite the very low sugar addition, Yeni Raki ALA is very velvety and almost oily in taste due to the maturation in oak barrels. It has a very comfortable and smooth drinking flow, so it can be enjoyed neat – provided it is very well chilled. Also because of the beautiful bottle, this raki is an enrichment for any raki table. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10°C. The alcohol content is 47% vol. This anise-flavored Turkish liqueur is considered one of Turkey’s national drinks and is very popular. Spring water and ripe, dried and fermented grapes from Anatolia form the basis of the drink. Aromatic anise gives Yeni Raki ALA its unmistakable taste.
