Se Busca Mezcal Joven Madrecuishe is made from full-grown Madrecuishe
maguey, a wild agave from the Karwinski region of Oaxaca. After roasting the piñas in an earth pit, the agave is crushed with a tahona stone before double distilling in traditional copper pot stills.
As part of our sustainability efforts, the producer plants two wild magueys for every piña harvested.
