Product description:

Slingsby Rhubarb Gin gives you the taste of summer in a bottle. The gin is distilled with local rhubarb hand-picked from the triangle between the English cities of Bradford, Leeds and Wakefield.

The sweet rhubarb takes over at first sip and is nicely complemented by raspberry. However, the sweetness is immediately contrasted by a slight bitterness that grapefruit brings to the flavor profile. Although the rhubarb is sweet, it also adds acidity, so the flavor is perfectly balanced. The finish is pleasant and long.
