Union 55 is infused with five delicate ingredients and rounded off with a pinch of organic Añana salt. Indulgently smooth and delightfully nuanced with sweet spicy notes of vanilla and salted caramel. Inspired by the way gin distillers use herbs, Union 55 uses a slow 5-step maceration process that takes 55 days to extract the flavors of cardamom, clove, Peruvian cocoa, vanilla and almonds.
