Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe is a historic absinthe made in the Emile Pernot distillery in Pontarlier. The absinthe is made in more than 100-year-old copper alembics and with aromatic wormwood from Pontarlier. Fennel seeds, green anise seeds and a wide range of other aromatic herbs and spices are carefully selected for the recipe.

True to tradition, there is no sugar in absinthe, making it intense and refreshing. Absinthe has a classic green color that turns cloudy when a drop of ice water is added. Serve with a spoon, sugar cube and a carafe of water for the optimal experience.
