Hen Harrier is an Old Tom Gin with a slight sweetness and is named after the Blue Harrier bird. It is distilled with large amounts of citrus and has a subtle note of rosemary. A fresh and delicious gin that is perfect both on the terrace and as an aperitif. Following an EU regulation from 2024, it now comes with a dark purple color in the bottle instead of the previously known dark blue, but of course with the same great taste – and still has a beautiful light violet color in the glass when mixed with tonic. Recommended tonic and accessories: Fever Tree Mediterranean and Blueberry.
