Red Kite is a real summer gin. It’s sweet with notes of elderflower and strawberry. It is a distilled gin that is subsequently infused with strawberry syrup. We recommend a classic not-too-sweet tonic with this gin to counteract the sweetness or try mixing it in a sparkling wine. Truly a new favorite. Red kite is the English word for red kite, which we often have hovering over the distillery.
