It’s made with classic botanicals like juniper, coriander seed, elderflower, black pepper, cinnamon, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel and an ingredient that Warner’s Distillery won’t reveal.   The gin’s nose is sweet, fruity, soft and full of elderflower, which is complemented by spicy cardamom and a hint of lemon.
The gin has a palate filled with juniper berries, which eventually turns into notes of orange curd and finishes with sweet mint.
Serve the gin in a G&T with Indian tonic water and a little orange zest.
